2,Molding
Making mold after you confirm the artwork.It is the key step of whole production process .No need to pay mold against if re-order
3,Mold polishing
Wake up every detail of the mold to make the mold smooth
4,stamping
Put the mold in a high temperature die casting machine, melt the metal into a liquid and inject it into the mold
5,Welding pin needles
It has to make position by glue first,to make sure the needles on their correct place.The pins need to prepare for pin accesory like butterly clasps
6,Colors Filling
We use Pantone codes for enamel.usually We use automatic machine for most of orders to keep fast .
7,Polishing
After colors , filled we need to bake pin and polish .it will be enamel cleaned and surface look smooth
8,Electroplating
After hard enamel filled ,need to take it to electroplating.We have many different plating color .like :gold /silver /antique…
